I graduated from the North Bennett Street School in 1979. My training was in old school methods focusing on quality in workmanship, materials, and design. From the start I wanted to continue the tradition of shop-built custom furniture making. This involves dealing with clients on a one-on-one basis to carry out commissions to meet their requirements for beautiful and functional furniture.

Furniture design has always had a symbolic side to it. Custom furniture reflects the client’s tastes and ideas about society and place. It is my desire to provide my clients with furniture suitable to the homes and lifestyles they have chosen.
